We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final. However, you may request an exchange within the allowed timeframe.

You can exchange your product within 3 to 5 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:

✅ The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
✅ Exchanges are applicable only for size issues or defective/damaged items received.
✅ The request for an exchange must be made within 3 to 5 days of delivery.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

❌ Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.
❌ Accessories and discounted/sale items.
❌ Items without original packaging or tags.

3. Exchange Process

  2. Approval & Shipping: Once approved, you will be required to ship the item back to us at your own cost.
  3. Exchange Confirmation: After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the exchange and dispatch the replacement product.

4. Shipping Costs for Exchange

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item received is defective or incorrect, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
